Winner of the NZIA National Award in 1982, Ian Athfield designed Custance House remains one of NZ’s premier architectural homes. Although, I may be a bit biased. We rent our family home aka Custance House out on Air BnB and other websites a few times a year. Here are a few photos I've snapped for our listings.
